    2. Eligibility for Refunds

    A customer may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

     

    Service Not Delivered

    If payment has been successfully processed and:

    • No technician was assigned;
    • No support session was initiated;
    • The purchased service was not provided within the agreed timeframe;

    the customer may be eligible for a full refund.

     

    Duplicate Payment

    If a customer is charged multiple times for the same service due to a billing error, the duplicate payment amount will be refunded after verification.

     

    Inability to Provide Service

    If Hyperbyte Innovations determines that the requested issue cannot be resolved because of:

    • Hardware failure;
    • Manufacturer restrictions;
    • Unsupported software;
    • Third-party service limitations;
    • Device incompatibility;

    a partial or full refund may be issued at our sole discretion based on the amount of diagnostic work and support already provided.

    3. Non-Refundable Items

    The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

     

    • Remote technical support sessions
    • Diagnostic services
    • Software installations
    • System optimization services
    • Malware and virus removal services
    • Network configuration services
    • Consulting services
    • Emergency support services
    • Completed maintenance activities

    No refund will be issued if:

    • The customer changes their mind after service delivery has begun;
    • The customer declines recommended solutions;
    • The issue is caused by third-party products, software, internet providers, or manufacturers;
    • The customer refuses to cooperate during troubleshooting;
    • The service has been successfully delivered as agreed.

    4. Customer Cancellations

    Before Service Begins

     

    Customers may cancel a service request before work begins and may receive a full refund.

     

    After Service Begins

     

    Once technical work has started, refunds may be reduced or denied based on:

    • Time spent by technicians;
    • Diagnostic activities completed;
    • Resources utilized;
    • Services already rendered.

    5. Subscription and AMC Services

    For recurring support plans, managed services, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC):

     

    • Payments already made are generally non-refundable.
    • Customers may cancel future renewals at any time.
    • Service coverage will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified in the applicable agreement.

    To request a refund, customers must contact Hyperbyte Innovations within 14 days from the date of service.

    • Service Date
    • Reason for Refund Request
    • Any supporting documentation

    5. Processing Time

    Approved refunds are generally processed within:

    • 7 to 10 business days

    United States

    Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor.

    6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

    Customers are encouraged to contact Hyperbyte Innovations before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

     

    If a chargeback is filed, Hyperbyte Innovations may provide:

    • Service records
    • Technician notes
    • Signed agreements
    • Support session logs
    • Invoices
    • Communication records

    to the relevant payment processor, financial institution, or dispute resolution authority.

    7. Consumer Rights

    Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable laws.
